Warranty Guidelines

Lenmar product is warranted to be free of defective parts and workmanship for one year from the original date of purchase (unless otherwise noted), when sold through our website or our

authorized retailers, unless otherwise stated. Warranties are not transferable. The warranty excludes damage resulting from accident, misuse, modification, delay or

loss of use, damage to equipment or by normal wear and tear.

Return Guidlines


Lenmar only accepts returns for products purchased on Lenmar.com. Returns are accepted within 30 days from receipt of product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same packaging that you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please fill out the form above to request a return for refund.

Once your product has been received, you will be notified. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card.


You are responsible for shipping your item to Lenmar for return or warranty replacement. Shipping costs

are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
